Elma Pazar blasts 'rude and arrogant' Maura
Love Island star Elma Pazar has taken a vicious swipe at Maura Higgins just days before she enters the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
Elma, who was booted off the show in 2019, has accused Maura of being "rude and arrogant" - and claims she was left "shaking" after meeting her.
She told The Sun: "Maura is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She was so arrogant and made me feel really uncomfortable. I was literally shaking after I met her."
Maura 'blanked' Elma
Elma claims that she first met Maura at a party in London shortly after leaving the villa.
She said: "I went up to her and said hello, but she just blanked me. I was like, 'Wow, okay.'"
Elma says she then tried to speak to Maura again at another party, but she was once again ignored.
"I thought, 'Maybe she just doesn't like me.' But then I heard from other people that she's like that with everyone," she said.
Elma's warning to I'm A Celeb campmates
Elma has now warned Maura's I'm A Celeb campmates to be prepared for her "rude" behaviour.
"I'm sure she'll be the same in the jungle," she said. "She'll be rude to the other campmates and she'll try to wind them up.
"But I hope they don't let her get to them. She's not worth it."
Maura's reps deny claims
However a source close to Maura has denied claims that she is rude or arrogant.
"Maura is a lovely person and she's always polite and respectful to everyone she meets," the source said.
"She's a very popular figure on social media and she has a lot of fans who love her for her genuine and down-to-earth personality."
Maura set to enter I'm A Celeb jungle
Maura is set to enter the I'm A Celeb jungle on Sunday night, 17 November.
She is joined by a star-studded line-up including Caitlyn Jenner, Mo Farah, and Giovanna Fletcher.
It remains to be seen whether Maura will live up to Elma's claims and whether she will clash with her fellow campmates.
