I'm A Celeb: Wayne Rooney and 2 of 3 sons won't fly to Australia due to 'family reasons'
Coleen Rooney and her three sons Kai, Klay and Kit are expected to travel to Australia to support Wayne as he takes part in I'm a Celebrity.
It's understood his wife Coleen, 36, and their sons Kai, 12, Klay, nine, and Kit, six, are all expected to travel to the Australian jungle to support Wayne, 36, during his time Down Under.
But it's now been reported that Wayne's former England team-mate Jamie Vardy - who is married to Coleen's close pal Rebekah - may join them as they cheer on the ex-Manchester United striker.
Wayne is set to appear on the new series of I'm A Celebrity, which launches on ITV on November 6.
The former footballer could be raking in a cool £1million for taking part in the popular reality series after being unveiled as the latest signing for the new series.
It's understood Coleen was "reluctant" to follow her husband Down Under but has now agreed to head to Australia to show her support along with their three children.
However, it's now been reported that only two of their sons will be joining them, with Wayne and Coleen deciding to leave one of their kids at home for "family reasons.
A source told The Sun: "Obviously Coleen wants to be there to support Wayne, and the boys will love watching him on TV.
"But while Kai and Klay will be joining her they have decided it's best to leave one of their sons at home for family reasons.
"Wayne and Coleen want to make sure someone is at home to look after the family dog - and to hold down the fort.
"They are sorting out the final logistics at the moment, including finding suitable childcare and making sure the family home is secure.
"Wayne has told pals he is hoping Jamie [Vardy] and Becky may be able to spend some time with them during their stay.
"He'll need all the support he can get given the trials he is likely to face in the jungle."
