Thief caught in Salerno after stealing from three homes in Vallo di Diano

Police in Salerno arrested a thief who broke into three homes in the Vallo di Diano area.

The man, a 35-year-old from Sala Consilina, was arrested after a police chase that ended in Atena Lucana.

The thief had broken into homes in Sala Consilina, Atena Lucana and Vallo di Diano, stealing jewelry, money and other valuables.

Police were alerted to the thefts and began an investigation. They were able to track the thief's movements using CCTV footage and witness statements.

Police then launched a manhunt for the thief, who was eventually arrested in Atena Lucana after a short chase.

The stolen goods were recovered and returned to their owners.

The thief has been charged with theft and is currently in custody.
