Peter Kay adds MORE Manchester dates to record-breaking arena tour

Peter Kay has added a further two dates to his record-breaking ‘Better Late Than Never’ tour at the AO Arena in Manchester.

The additional dates on Wednesday May 31 and Thursday June 1, 2023 will take the total number of dates played by the popular comedian in Manchester to 13.

Tickets for the new shows go on sale at 10am tomorrow (Friday September 2).

The announcement follows huge demand for tickets to Kay’s previously announced 11 dates at the AO Arena, which sold out in under 30 minutes when they went on sale on Monday.

Kay’s first live tour in 12 years has been a huge success, with all 43 dates across the UK and Ireland already sold out.

The tour includes two dates at The OVO Hydro in Glasgow and two at Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, as well as four nights at London’s O2 Arena.

Kay, who kept a relatively low profile in recent years due to personal reasons, wowed fans with a surprise set at the Live at the Apollo recording in August.

The appearance was his first public performance since 2017 and marked his return to the stage after cancelling his previous tour due to “unforeseen family circumstances”.
