Maura Higgins' ex Curtis Pritchard rinses her just days before I'm A Celebrity
Curtis Pritchard has launched a scathing attack on his ex Maura Higgins, just days before she is due to enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
The Love Island star, who split from Maura in March, accused her of being "fake" and "fame hungry".
In an interview with The Sun, Curtis said: "I think Maura is a fake person. She's only interested in fame and fortune.
He continued: "She's not the person she pretends to be on TV. She's actually very calculating and manipulative.
Curtis's comments come just days before Maura is due to enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle. She is one of the favourites to win the show, but Curtis's comments could damage her chances.
Maura has not yet responded to Curtis's comments, but it is likely that she will address them when she enters the jungle.
It is not the first time that Curtis has spoken out about his ex. In an interview with The Mail on Sunday in May, he said: "I think Maura is a great girl, but we're just not right for each other.
He continued: "She's very ambitious and driven, and I'm more laid back and relaxed.
It seems that Curtis is still bitter about the break-up, and his comments are likely to upset Maura.
However, it is important to remember that this is just one side of the story. Maura has not yet had the opportunity to respond to Curtis's comments, and it is possible that she has a different perspective on the relationship.
Only time will tell what the future holds for Maura and Curtis. But it is clear that their relationship is over, and there is no going back.
