Olivia Attwood left the I'm A Celebrity jungle after just 24 hours due to medical reasons

The reality star, 31, is the first celebrity to leave this year's series after she was rushed to A&E amid fears she was suffering from dehydration. She was taken to hospital in the early hours of Monday morning where she was given a drip and placed on an IV to treat the illness. Olivia said she was "heartbroken" to be leaving the show and had been "desperate" to take part in the challenge. She said: "I'm absolutely devastated to be leaving I'm A Celebrity so early. "I was so desperate to do the show and I hope I can come back and do it again next year. "I wish the best of luck to the remaining contestants and I'll be rooting for them all." Olivia's departure has come as a shock to fans, who had been looking forward to seeing her in the jungle. The former Love Island star is known for her outspoken nature and fiery personality, and she was expected to be one of the most entertaining contestants this year. Her departure has left a void in the jungle, but her fellow contestants are determined to make the most of their experience. Georgia Toffolo, who won the show in 2017, said: "I'm so sad to see Olivia go. "She was one of the most interesting contestants this year and I was really looking forward to getting to know her more. "I'm sure she'll be back next year and I can't wait to see her take on the jungle again." ITV bosses are said to be disappointed with Olivia's departure, but they understand that her health comes first. A spokesperson for the show said: "We're very sad to see Olivia leave the jungle after just 24 hours. "She was a great addition to the camp and we wish her all the best for the future."
