I'm A Celeb's Coleen Rooney on smart reason why only her youngest boys will fly to Oz to see her
Coleen Rooney has shared the heartbreaking reason why only her two youngest sons will fly to Australia to visit her on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
The former WAG, 35, revealed her eldest son Kai, 11, and middle son Klay, eight, will not be making the trip Down Under, but her youngest sons Kit, five, and Cass, three, will be joining her
Speaking on I'm A Celeb's spin-off show Coming Out, Coleen said the decision was made due to her eldest sons' dedication to their football training.
"It was a really tough decision, I mean it was horrible," she admitted. "I just felt that the two youngest ones, Kit and Cass, they're a little bit younger and they might not understand as much."
Coleen also said she's worried her youngest son Cass might be too young to fully understand her absence.
"I think Cass is at that age where, if he was to come out, I don't know whether he would actually understand," she said, adding: "He doesn't really get it at the minute anyway."
Coleen's husband Wayne and their four sons have been cheering her on from home, and the WAG said she was "gutted" to not see them in Australia.
"I think it'll be really hard to leave them, I am going to miss them so much," she said. "I think the hardest thing for me is not being able to kiss my children goodnight."
But she's also excited for the challenge, saying: "I think it's going to be an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to it."
