Who is Danny Jones?
Danny Jones is an English singer, songwriter, and musician. He is best known as a member of the boy band McFly, which he formed in 2003 with Tom Fletcher, Dougie Poynter, and Harry Judd.
Jones was born in Bolton, England, on March 12, 1986. He began playing guitar at a young age and later attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology in Croydon, London.
In 2003, Jones met Fletcher, Poynter, and Judd at a McBusted concert. The four of them quickly bonded over their shared love of music and decided to form a band. They named themselves McFly after the character Marty McFly from the Back to the Future film series.
McFly's success
McFly released their debut album, Room on the Third Floor, in 2004. The album was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the UK Albums Chart. The band's follow-up albums, Wonderland (2005), Motion in the Ocean (2006), and Radio:ACTIVE (2008), were also successful, all reaching the top five on the UK Albums Chart.
McFly has had several hit singles, including "Five Colours in Her Hair," "Obviously," "All About You," and "Star Girl." The band has toured extensively throughout the UK and internationally, and they have won numerous awards, including two Brit Awards.
Solo career
In addition to his work with McFly, Jones has also released solo material. He released his debut solo album, Future History, in 2010. The album was a commercial success, debuting at number two on the UK Albums Chart. Jones has also released two EPs, Letters from the Sky (2013) and EP (2014).

Jones is married to Georgia Horsley, a model and actress. The couple has two children, a daughter named Cooper and a son named Milo.
