Pakistan crushed by young pacer; Australia clinch T20 series
Australia won against Pakistan in the second T20 match at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Pakistan's captain Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bowl first. Australia lost their first wicket early, but Mitchell Marsh and Josh Inglis put on a 75-run partnership to steady the innings.
Australia continued to lose wickets at regular intervals, but they managed to post a competitive total of 162 for 8. Pakistan's chase got off to a poor start, as they lost their first three wickets for just 28 runs.
Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed put on a 50-run partnership to give Pakistan some hope, but they were both dismissed in quick succession.
Pakistan eventually finished on 144 for 9, losing the match by 18 runs. Sean Abbott was the pick of the bowlers for Australia, taking 3 for 36.
The win gives Australia an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
